How to process orders on Omisocial

When creating orders on Omisocial, you can look up that order information in Orders section.

In this interface, apart from the looking up created orders, sellers can create new orders by selecting Create order in top right corner

Then, fill in necessary information such as products, number of orders, promotion, delivery, customer information,etc

After completing, click Create order to Save.

Processing orders

To approve orders on Omisocial, in Orders section, the seller click this Order code

Next, detailed order interface will appear, the seller can process orders such as confirm order, delivery and payment status.
